Registration is now closed for our 2008 season.

Registration Information

All participants must pay $145 at the time of registration. Scholarships and payment plans are available for those who qualify. For more information, please visit our Athletics Department at 2300 W. 36th Ave, Anchorage, Alaska 99517.

Please Note:
All payment plans and scholarships must be applied for in person at the Athletics Department. All scholarships require 30 days income verification. Your child will not be placed on a team until a payment plan has been approved or full payment has been received. For more information please contact the Athletics Department at (907) 249-5445.

All payments made towards Athletic Programs are non-refundable unless you fall within one (1) of the two (2) categories listed below:

Placement:
If Boys & Girls Clubs is unable to place your child on a team a full refund of fees will be processed to the person(s) who made the original payment. We do our very best to accommodate requests for specific placement of participants. If we are unable to accommodate the specific request, but we are able to place the participant on a team, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Medical:
If a medical condition occurs preventing your child from participating or completing the sport/program a written letter from the doctor/medical institution must be provided to validate the refund request. The refund will be prorated based on the time your child participated in the program.

Eligibility

Open to players age 8 through 14. Please review our age chart for additional information regarding which division your child will play in.

Season

Games are played on Saturdays only. Practices are held 1 to 2 days during the week lasting 1 to 2 hours. Please consult the following timeline for additional information:

Practice Begins: Mid January
Games Begins: Early to Mid February
Tournament: April
Spring Break: No games or practices

Equipment

Boys & Girls Clubs supplies practice balls. All participants must wear non-marking, indoor-only sneakers. Please wear appropriate workout clothing and bring water.

Sponsorship

Each team is responsible for a $275.00 sponsorship or team fee. Team sponsors ensure that registration fees remain affordable. Each team sponsor will be printed on the front of their team’s jersey, receive a team plaque with photo, recognition in Boys & Girls Clubs Annual Report. Please contact our Athletics Department for additional information.

Coaches and Referees needed

If you are interested in coaching or refereeing, contact the Athletics Department at (907) 249-5445. Coaches must be 18 years old or older and referees must be 16 years old or older.
