Kim EltonClub Champion: Senator Kim EltonFourth Quarter 2003
Club Champion and Juneau Advisory Board member Senator Kim Elton recently led an effort to increase critical scholarship funds. Senator Elton enlisted the help of Mayor Bruce Botelho, Representative Beth Kerttula and Representative Bruce Weyhrauch to help host a scholarship fundraiser. The fundraiser was held on December 4, 2003, at the Juneau Clubhouse. Senator Elton and his co-hosts believe that building strong communities happens one child at a time, and thanks to Senator Elton’s leadership, the Juneau Clubhouse will be able to provide a safe and positive place for 60 additional kids! |
